Each Souri piece is handmade using traditional lost wax casting and small-batch processes. Because every piece is handcrafted they may occasionally need a slight adjustment

Ring Resizing

Shopping online can be hit or miss sometimes. Totally get it. If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, resizing is available to help your piece feel comfortable and wearable.

Resizing is complimentary for Souri customers. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your ring is received, it will be resized with care using the same techniques and attention as the original piece, then returned once ready.

Please include your updated ring size when reaching out so I can prepare accordingly.

Repairs

Because Souri jewelry is made to be worn, lived in, and loved, signs of wear can naturally occur. If your piece ever needs repair. Whether it’s a structural adjustment, clasp issue, or minor restoration. I’m happy to help bring it back to its best form.

Most small repairs are complimentary. In cases where additional labor or materials are required, any costs will be discussed and approved before work begins. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
